- A Latin or Greek word is highlighted in the phrase it comes from, a real text in Hearth Library.
- Choose what the word means there, from four meanings of the same kind (four nouns, four verbs and so on).
- Easy mode also shows the phrase in English with the word’s meaning left out: ____. Hard mode gives the original only.
- After each answer you see the word’s dictionary form and the whole phrase in English.
Greek words show a transliteration in English letters; switch it off for a harder game. Reading help has the Greek alphabet.
Every round comes from a real text in Hearth Library, with the library’s own translation. The numbers beside each language are how many rounds it has.
